Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before

You can cancel your booking at no cost up to 24 hours before the tour starts. In that case we refund your deposit.

If you have less than 24 hours left, message us anyway on WhatsApp or by email and we will look at the options together.

Cruise guarantee

If your ship does not arrive at Kusadasi port, we refund 100% of your deposit. This guarantee covers itinerary changes that depend on the cruise line or the port, for example when the Kusadasi call is cancelled.

How the deposit works

The deposit confirms your booking and the rest of the price is paid on tour day.

Group tours: €39 or $45 per person, with a deposit of €9 or $10.

Private tours: €390 or $449 per group of up to 15 guests, with a deposit of €39 or $45 per group.

How to cancel

Message us on WhatsApp or email info@efesotours.com with your booking name and tour date. We will confirm the cancellation through the same channel.
