Royal Caribbean’s ships reach Kusadasi with time to spare. The Odyssey of the Seas stays from 09:00 to 19:00 on its 25 calls from May to October; the Rhapsody of the Seas, with 19 calls between May and November, alternates 08:00 to 18:00 and 07:00 to 17:00; the Explorer of the Seas comes eight times in summer on similar hours. Ten hours in port change the conversation: the question is no longer what fits, but how to enjoy the day without rushing.
If you are travelling from Mexico, Colombia, Argentina or Brazil, the two things we are asked most are the language and the return time. Both answers are short: a licensed guide in Spanish (Portuguese and English subject to availability, confirmed on WhatsApp) and back at the port at least one hour before sailing. Which tour fits your schedule
Odyssey of the Seas, 09:00 to 19:00. With a 09:00 arrival the group tour leaves mid-morning and you are back in the early afternoon. The full day with the House of the Virgin Mary is the natural choice: Ephesus in the morning light and the House of the Virgin Mary at the hour when the coaches have already left.
Rhapsody of the Seas and Explorer of the Seas, from 07:00 or 08:00. An early arrival and ten hours in port. Everything fits, with time left for a free afternoon in Kusadasi. For groups, the private tour with Şirince even allows lunch in the village without watching the clock, and the private tour with the Basilica of St John adds the half hour almost nobody does.

How much free time is left in Kusadasi after the tour?
On a ten-hour call, plenty. The group tour to Ephesus and the Temple of Artemis lasts 4 hours 20 minutes; the full day with the House of the Virgin Mary, 5 hours 45 minutes. The rest of the afternoon is yours: the bazaar and the seafront are a few minutes from the port.
What happens if the ship arrives late?
We follow the ship's real schedule and adjust the departure. If the delay leaves the call too short for the tour you booked, we propose a shorter one or refund the deposit. If the ship does not reach Kusadasi at all, the refund is 100%.
